Mi Abuelita...

(Abuelita means Grandmother is Spanish)
Well she is pretty much the most amazing woman on this planet, you might argue yours is better, but to me she means the world. She is probably the most sweet, honest, peaceful woman on planet earth. If you met her you wouldn't help but love her she is so nurturing and loving. Days as a kid were the best when I got to ride on the bus to visit grandma. The 15Th of this Month was her 75Th birthday just this past Saturday we all got together and planned a semi-surprise birthday party! It was great our family from everywhere made it to celebrate with us and of course endless amounts of great food. After everyone ate the music came in. In our culture it's tradition to have a banda come play so they walked down the driveway until my grandma realized it wasn't the DJ her smile was priceless. Even though she knew the party was gonna happen she didn't know we got a band. After standing with her for a couple of minuted my uncles came over one by one to dance with her it was super cute. The festivities went on until 3am and she couldn't have been any more grateful. Here are some pictures but I didn't get any of my grandma with my camera(whoops) but others have plenty so I'll post those later.

Up to Date...

Well alot has happened I now intern for Harvey's in the Design department, http://www.seatbeltbags.com/ it's fun and different. I also went to S.F. a couple of weekends ago, but I wish I was still there. I went to SF because it was Bryan's Christmas gift to me. I'm a very lucky girl and a thankful one too. We flew in Thursday and had a relaxed dinner with Peggy and David(Bryan's aunt and uncle) after dinner we got settled in and decieded to go in the hot tub, it was soooooo cold to have to get out and run inside haha.

Friday was an adventure with a car so we decieded to visit Berkeley and Haight St. and fell upon a little hidden treasure, Buena Vista Park that had Amazing views and great trails.

Saturday we took Bart into the city and went all over Fishermans Wharf, Pier 39 Aquarium of the Bay, and all that jazz. We hit up a farmers market a ride on the muni and saw a creppy clown trying to direct traffic, not one of my most favorite memories. Bryan learned that bus drivers don't care how far and how fast you run, they will still leave you behind. After the sprint we tried to figure out how the heck we could get to the deYoung before they closed. After finally finding the right bus we were off and getting to sit and relax a bit. We had hot dogs for lunch before going into the deYoung where I got to see the YSL exhibit and that was AMAZING! and our timing was perfect once we were in the gift shop we had only 5 mins. until they closed. After the exhibit it was back on the bus towards Market St. to meet with Peggy and David for dinner at Asia SF which was lots of fun and a real treat ;) After dinner Peggy and David drove us to Twin Peaks and in search of other good views, and I gotta say those views were breath taking! I just wish I had a better camera.

Lovers <3Asia SF totally wild WoMen!

Sunday was our last day of fun and we sure didn't want to leave, but we went off on one last adventure we went to Union Square, Market St., and rode a cable car the things people usually do :)
