what does it take to get a drink in this place?

So I'm pretty melo as we all know and don't do much but random little adventures but recently (mid Fed to be exsact) I went to Vegas. I attended MAGIC which is a huge fashion tradeshow of all the new lines and seasons. I don't have pictured from MAGIC becuase there not allowed but i have a bunnnnch of Vegas in general. If was more fun that i thought Vegas could be and the girls thought our hotel was nicer than it looks on the outside. so heeere we go!...
Classy Hotel, haha
Who would have thought it would be THIS amazing
On the free time we shopped and over dosed on M&M's

We then hit up our CocaCola polar buddy
we flew to Paris on the same trip, not a big deal...
and later returned to our Flamingo palace.
This is one of our beds, how rad is that!?
1,2,3 driks ready to gooooo
4,5,6 drinks gooone- I'm not
This was our final night out where none of the ladies could get a freee drink, Vegas was a dissapointment that night. But XS was an AMAZING club but the DJ was sh*t!
After getting home i never thought i would return to life, i dont know how i used to go out so much its nuts and i couldnt do it for more than 2 nights haha i'll update more often and more interesting things.

Mi Abuelita...

(Abuelita means Grandmother is Spanish)
Well she is pretty much the most amazing woman on this planet, you might argue yours is better, but to me she means the world. She is probably the most sweet, honest, peaceful woman on planet earth. If you met her you wouldn't help but love her she is so nurturing and loving. Days as a kid were the best when I got to ride on the bus to visit grandma. The 15Th of this Month was her 75Th birthday just this past Saturday we all got together and planned a semi-surprise birthday party! It was great our family from everywhere made it to celebrate with us and of course endless amounts of great food. After everyone ate the music came in. In our culture it's tradition to have a banda come play so they walked down the driveway until my grandma realized it wasn't the DJ her smile was priceless. Even though she knew the party was gonna happen she didn't know we got a band. After standing with her for a couple of minuted my uncles came over one by one to dance with her it was super cute. The festivities went on until 3am and she couldn't have been any more grateful. Here are some pictures but I didn't get any of my grandma with my camera(whoops) but others have plenty so I'll post those later.

Up to Date...

Well alot has happened I now intern for Harvey's in the Design department, http://www.seatbeltbags.com/ it's fun and different. I also went to S.F. a couple of weekends ago, but I wish I was still there. I went to SF because it was Bryan's Christmas gift to me. I'm a very lucky girl and a thankful one too. We flew in Thursday and had a relaxed dinner with Peggy and David(Bryan's aunt and uncle) after dinner we got settled in and decieded to go in the hot tub, it was soooooo cold to have to get out and run inside haha.

Friday was an adventure with a car so we decieded to visit Berkeley and Haight St. and fell upon a little hidden treasure, Buena Vista Park that had Amazing views and great trails.

Saturday we took Bart into the city and went all over Fishermans Wharf, Pier 39 Aquarium of the Bay, and all that jazz. We hit up a farmers market a ride on the muni and saw a creppy clown trying to direct traffic, not one of my most favorite memories. Bryan learned that bus drivers don't care how far and how fast you run, they will still leave you behind. After the sprint we tried to figure out how the heck we could get to the deYoung before they closed. After finally finding the right bus we were off and getting to sit and relax a bit. We had hot dogs for lunch before going into the deYoung where I got to see the YSL exhibit and that was AMAZING! and our timing was perfect once we were in the gift shop we had only 5 mins. until they closed. After the exhibit it was back on the bus towards Market St. to meet with Peggy and David for dinner at Asia SF which was lots of fun and a real treat ;) After dinner Peggy and David drove us to Twin Peaks and in search of other good views, and I gotta say those views were breath taking! I just wish I had a better camera.

Lovers <3Asia SF totally wild WoMen!

Sunday was our last day of fun and we sure didn't want to leave, but we went off on one last adventure we went to Union Square, Market St., and rode a cable car the things people usually do :)

My Instant Film camera is Huuuugee!

Interview...

+I had my inteview today, with Harvey's (the seat belt bag company)...
-I set my alarm, but forgot to activate it, not to worry I made it on time, BUT to the wrong location.
+After leaving the factory and making it to the corporate offices it was all good.
-Interviewed with a head hancho, she knew I didnt wanna do marketing.
+Then I interviewed with the Designer. Not only does he know his ish but he is young which is very rare. The interview went GREAT.
+He then showed me to his space where is was an inspiration WALL! and dif. mood boards, which is like being in a candy store for me.
+now I gotta just wait and see wha happens
:)
+whats even better is that they want an intern they can hire in the future!! which would be rad to jump on that team. Lets see what happens...
wish me luck<3
(Christmas blog will be posted shortly I need to gather all the pics.)

Sometimes....

I miss someone sometimes. Sometimes there comes a time where a person moves past a life on this earth. I would say Heaven but my religion(or lack of) will probably offend people. I have my rights and beliefs and so do you. I don't judge you, don't judge me. I often think I will forget her voice, it's a scary thought to think you might forget what a person you loved once sounded like. Of course I could never forget a smile and how it always meant I was laughing along or sharing a happy moment. I don't know how to put this in a blog most of the time but after talking with people shit just flows out of my brain ya know. 2005 was a year of SHIT and it will soon be 2009 and far from shit so I'm happy. What this blog is REALLY about is some spots I have come to LOVE and really think of stuff even when people might not know it.

Sometimes the best thing in life is getting away
from it, and really taking in whats real and pure.
Taking in things that are still here and have yet
to be distroyed or taken away.
:D

I'm ALIVE...

School has been fighting me this semester but to my surprise it's probably the best GPA I will have in my college carreer. I really don't care about GPA's, DNA's, or whatever but its nice to get only A's and maybe a B. Boring shit aside I did some RAD projects including my suit that would retail at $1,200+ woo! these are the Pants, the Jacket pic will be up Later...
Another was my dream come true, a store concept design, I was wayyyyyyy excited about, here is my mood board, and the paper I wrote was the best ever...
With those doen with I'm excited about the holiday season, I get to eat grrrreat food on thanksgiving. (too bad I lost wieght becuase of school street) AND Bryan was actually around this Thanksgiving so that was nice. Christinamas is a Dif. story My family does a gift exchange and I'm realllly excited about who I got he/she is very easy to shop you and he/she will love the gifts. Bryan is getting a bunch of rad ish, I say I shouldn't buy him soo much but when you know someone so well you can't help it becuase you know what they will love. I just love to see the smiles on faces. I know what one of my gifts is......A weekend in S.F.(thanks Bryan)!!! so soon we will be exploring here....

That will just be another adventure to add to the book of life. All I know is I want school to end already so I could get my Snowboard action in.(too bad I suck) But whatever as long as I don't get hurt everything else is ok, becuase my papa bear got laid off and now I don't have insurance. Thank you (pretend) bad economy. I say pretend becuase pople are buying ish like CRAZZZZY!

Soon I'll be up in the mountain failing at toe side life, then getting my drank on with Chris and Tom as we dance the nights away in my new rad boots. wooowhooo!

P.S._Sorry I'm boring Ben. But at least I'm not at boring as Utah....hahaha.....Just Kidding.
